RADIO SERVICE TO FARMERS
"WEATHER” TO BE BROADCAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Hon. H. Atmore (Minister of Scientific and Industrial Research) announced to-day that arrangements had been made for a Wireless broadcast at 3.30 p.m. (mean time) each day until the end of the year from 2YA Wellington, except on Wednesdays, when it will be issued from other stations giving information as to weather conditions, especially from the point of view of the needs of sheep-farmers in connection with shearing operations.
