NEW. PLYMOUTH CLUB. The New Plymouth Cricket Club has decided to open the new season with a trial match between two teams next Saturday commencing at 1.30 p.m. Application is being made for a ground and wicket at Tukapo Reserve. Teams have been selected as follows: — > A team. —Nasmith, C. G. Clarke, Falconer, Nicoll, J. Leech, Shepherd, Carter, Simpson, Gibbins, Cook, Hawkins. B team.—Kingstone, Groombridge, N. Kinsella, Ninkie, Griffin, A. Clarke, Larkin, 0. Kinsella, Anderson, Perry-Keane, and another.
