ROUGH WEATHER IN TASMAN
MAUNGANUI'S BAD CROSSING. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Sept, 29, 5,5 p.m. Sydney, Sept. 29. The Maunganui experienced howling gales in the centre of the Tasman Sea. The worst day was Thursday when the storm resulted in flooding of the cabins, broken crockery, and a reduction of the vessel’s speed. Passengers declared that it was the worst voyage they remembered but nobody was injured.
