It is learned authoritatively from Geneva that Mr. MacDonald, has not approached Commander Kenworthy, . or anyone else, with a view to appointment as Governor-General of New Zealand. Those well-informed make the interesting suggestion that if Commander Kenworthy does not go to Moscow he might be appointed British Ambassador at Washington.
