The following handicaps have been declared for the New Plymouth League Cycle Club’s ’road races starting at the Waiwakaibo at 1.45 p.m. to-morrow:— " A Grade, Tariki and back, via Lepperton (both ways), 44 miles, third of a series of five races for a cup presented by Mr. A.
