Christchurch, Last Night.
Tho Christchurch Presbytery to-day carried resolutions .which declared “tha t in view of the admission that the penalties imposed upon the two ‘Auckland divinity students, Richards and Miller, for failure to attend drill rest upon an unduly harsh interpretation of the Act, tho Governor-General be respectfully approached with a view to the exercise of his prerogative in reviewing tho sentences.”
