REFEREES DISCUSS RULES.
Arising out of different interpretations of some of the rules governing the internal working of the Taranaki Rugby Referees’ Association, a committee consisting of delegates from the three divisions met to frame suggestions for amendment. These proposals were submitted to a special general meeting of the association at Stratfoi last night, when an interesting and profitable discussion took . place an arrangement for the future being finally agreed upon.
