WAIRARAPA JUST WIN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston N., Last Night. In a representative Rugby match today Wairara-pa defeated Manawhenua by* 12 points to 10. The half-time score was 10 to nil in favour of Manawhenua. It was a match of the halves, Mill doing brilliant work for Wairarapa in the second. The shield-holders pulled the ■game out of the fire when the whole back line handled to score the winning try in the last minute. Dalzell and Boldt scored, Fletcher and Tatana con verting r the respective tries, for Manawhenua. Wairarapa’s score comprised tries by Durie, M. Willoughby and Burgess and Fuller kicked a penalty goal. The match was played on a drying ground.
