SINKING OF CHILEAN TRANSPORT ONE RESCUED IN GREAT STORM. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 17, 7.15 p.m. United Service. Valparaiso, July 16. Thirty-nine persons were drowned by the siiking of the Chilean transport Atbac off the port of Valparaiso, Chile, on Tuesday. Only one was rescued. The storm raged all day.
