CHAMPIONSHIPS ALLOCATED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Hastings, July 17. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Gun Club’s Association was held last night. Mr. E. Turner (Christchurch), The 1930 New Zealand championships were allocated as follow: Clays, North Canterbury Club at Raugiora; sparrows, Springstou Club on Christchurch grounds; pigeons, Christchurch Club North Island championship: Clays, Palmerston North; sparrow and pigeons, to be allotted by the North Island executive.

The following clubs will control the South Island championship matches: Clays, Dunedin; sparrows, Christchurch; pigeons, North Canterbury.
