PRIME MINISTER SAYS IT IS. (By Wire —Special to News.) Wellington, Last Night. The introduction of the Pensions Department’s annual report in the House of Representatives to-day before the Address-in-Reply debate was resumed provoked & remark from Mr, A. M. Samuel suggesting that the Government was seeking to fill in time. Apparently, he said, the Government was not ready with its legislative programme. The Prime Minister: Oh, yes we are!
