EXPLOSION IN FLOATING! DOCK. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 16, 7 p-m. United Service. Berlin, July 16. The North German Lloyd’s new liner Europa, 60,000 tons, which had been virtually reconditioned after the recent disastrous fire in the dock, narrowly escaped destruction again. The ship had just left the floating dock when an explosion sank the rear section of the dock.
