INDUSTRIAL JUDGMENTS
INTERCHANGE OF IDEAS VALUED. MR. JUSTICE FRAZER IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 15, 8 ' p.m. Sydney, July 15. Mr. Justice Frazer, of the New Zealand Arbitration Court, occupied a seat on the Bench to-day with the Workers’ Compensation Commission. Judge Perdriau, chairman of the Commission, in cordially welcoming Judge Frazer, expressed the opinion that the Dominion and the Commonwealth should benefit by the interchange of ideas during Mr. Justice Frazer’s visit. He added that the Australian Bench acknowledged the great help it had received from Judge Frazer’s judgments published in the New Zealand law reports.
