RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
WHITE ISLAND PRODUCTS POLICY.
MANAGER AND SECRETARY LEAVE

Auckland, July 13. The New Zealand directors of White Island Products, Limited, Messrs. O Nicholson (chairman), E. R. Davis and G. H. Wilson, decided at a meeting this morning to resign. The meeting was held to discuss the policy put forward by the London board of directors which has the controlling interest in the company. It was decided that the matter should bo left entirely in the hands of the English directors’ attorney. Other resignations included those of Mr. H. Welsh, general manager, and Mr. W. C. Young, secretary.
