“BREAKING” NEAR WINNING POST By Telegraph.—-Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Trotting Conference has replaced Rule 391 by the following: “If a horse by breaking at or near the winning postgains thereby such an advantage as to enable him to run into a place before any other horse or horses in the race, he shall be placed behind such other horse or horses and may be placed behind any other horse or horses in the race.”
