SINGAPORE NAVAL BASE
LABOUR CONSIDERING POLICY. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, July 8. The Prime Minister, replying to a question in the House of Commons, sa ’d the Government’s policy regarding the Singapore naval base was under consideration and an announcement would be made as early as possible. All matters germane to the subject, including purely commercial purposes to which the naval base could be put, would bo considered.
