CASH ON DELIVERY SYSTEM
TO CEASE AT END OF OCTOBER. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Postmaster-General (Hon. J. B. Donald) announces that in connection with the abolition of the cash on delivery system lor post parcels between Great Britain and New Zealand, it has now been arranged with the British Post Office for such parcels not to be accepted after October 31.
