COLONIAL APPOINTMENTS
SIR FLETCHER GOVERNOR OF FIJI. (British Official Wirclees). Rugby, July 3. ' Mr. Bernard H. Bourdillon, counsellor to the High Cori;missioner for Iraq, has been selected for appointment as Colonial Secretary of Ceylon in succession to Sir Arthur G. M. Fletcher, who has been appointed Governor and Command-er-in-Chief of Fiji .and High Commissioner for the western Pacific. Sir Eyre Huston was Governor of Fiji.
