CASES IN NEW PLYMOUTH. "I was just a bit busy and forgot a'bout it,” said John Casey, when charged by Inspector Day in New Plymouth yesterday with carrying out sanitary plumbing before notifying the borough autho ’ties. He was fined 10s, with 10s costs. ‘Because he had allowed 14 head of cattle to wander on the Puniho Road on September 13, Robert Bell was fined 20s and 12s costs. Inspector Aroa sail Bell had since attended to his fences. Failure to attend drill on August 8 eost Ray Victor Jury 20s and 10s costs. fitaff-Sergeant-Majtor Bell said Jury had been efficient from 1924 to 1927, but he had attended no parades at all this J ear. Two notices had failed to prouce a reply.
