CROWNING CEREMONY YESTERDAX (British Official Wireless). Rugby, Oct. 5. The Empress Zaudita of Abyssinia lias conferred the title of King upon her nephew, Prince Tafari Makonnen, Ras of Rases, who is heir apparent and regent.- Ras Tarfari will be crowned at Addis Ababa on Sunday. His Britannic Majesty’s Charge d’Affaires will represent the British Government at the cere* money, to which it is understood th* Governments of British, French and Itab ian Somaliland have been invited.
