ESTATES IN NEW ZEALAND

BEQUEST FOR DISABLED SOLDIERS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Oct. 6. Probate has been granted to the will of Enid Miriam Halsted, formerly of Christchurch, who left £14,379. Testatrix was the wife of Percy Halsted, who, with his brother Emil, of Dunedin, are executors of the estate, which is left on trust for the benefit of her children and grandchildren. The will of Mrs. Dorothea Eiele, of Leeton, New South Wales, has been lodged for probate. It is believed that bequests of over £60,000 have been made to disabled and blinded soldiers in Australia.
