CONFISCATION OF HOMES
ACTION- TAKEN BY THE SOVIET. By Tolegraub—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 5, 8.30 p.m, London, Oct. 4. The Soviet has worked out plans for re-confiscating 200 of the largest dwelling houses in Moscow, which were restored to their owners in 1923, states the Riga correspondent of the Times. The newspapers explain that they, were only restored io the owners to be repaired and because they yielded no profits. Tho situation has now altered and the time has come for the Soviet io resecure ownership.
