PROGRAMME IN NEW PLYMOUTH. The public of New Plymouth is to be well catered for this summer by the various bands of the town, the following programme for the ensuing three months having been approved by the authorities: — October 7. —Regimental Band, at East End. October 11.—Citizens’ Band, Breakwater; Pipe Band, Pukekura Park. October 21. —Regimental Baud.mKawaroa. . October 28.—Citizens’ Band, East End. November 4.—Pipe Band, Breakwater; Regimental Band, Pukekura Park. November 11. —Citizens’ Band, Kawaroa. November 18.—Pipe Band, East End. November 25. —Regimental Baud, Breakwater; Citizens’ Bund, Pukekura Park. December 2.—Pipe Band, Pukekura Park. December 9. —Citizens’ Band, Kawaroa. December 16. —Pipe Band, East End; Regimental Baud, Ngamotu Beach. December 23. —Combined bands, if it can be arranged. December 25.—Citizens’ Band, locality optional; Regimental Band, Pukekura Park. December 30. —Pipe Band, Pukekura Park. December 31 (Hogmanay) .—Pipe Band street collection. The programme for the three months of the new year will be drawn up later.
