LEAGUE CYCLE CLUB
EXTRA RACE TO INGLEWOOD. Approximately 32 miles will be ridden by the' competitors in the League Cycle Club’s extra road race to start from the Waiwakaiho bridge at 2.30 p.m. to-day. The course will be through Lepperton to Inglewood and back the same way, and the prize will be a trophy given by Mrs. Hellier, of Lepperton. Handicaps for the following competitors will be announced to-day:—E. Bullot, T. Hookham, R. Yardley, C. Tippins, A. Wiley, C. Lehrke, L. E. Smith, M. Plumtree, A. Ellis, K. Ward, N. Way, B. Rielly, H. Kopu, L. Claffey, A. Taunt, A. Christiansen, R. Doeg and D. Beer. Mr. D. Mansfield has declared the following handicaps for the New Plymouth League Cycle Club’s race starting at Waiwakaiho at 2.30 p.m. this afternoon.
