IF YOU WANT-
If you want to discourage attentions— Don't mince matters, be perfectly frank. If you want a motto—“ The Lord helps those who help themselves.” If you want to keep elim—Eggs and tomatoes twice a day; but, personally, I’d like to be fatter.
A FEW DO’S- AND DON’TS. Don't drink with your meals. Do make an attempt to make youl’ training systematic. Do at least ten minutes’ breathing exercise a day. Drink as little tea and coffee as possible. Don't smoke if you wish to get your nerves into first-class condition. Besides your breathing try and bring your exercise time up to fifteen minutes. Get out in the air as much as possible. Try and get at least eight and a-lialf hour’s sleep. Above all, be consistent!
