UNEMPLOYMENT IN RUSSIA
LARGE INCREASE IN FIGURES. SOVIET ISSUES NEW LOAN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.— Copyright. Times Cable. Riga, Sept. 20. News from Moscow indicates that unemployment is increasing rapidly throughout Russia, After having fluctuated since January between two and two and a-half millions it is now about three millions, including half a million skilled workers. A further increase is inevitable at the conclusion of harvesting. The Soviet is issuing a new internal loan of 300,000,000 roubles at 11 per cent.
