Tn the House of Commons, Mr. Baldwin stated that the final decision would be announced during the present session regarding the proposed abolition of the Departments of Overseas Trade and of Mines, and the Ministry of Transport Lord Uledieloc in reply to a question said the application for an Order-in-Coun-eil requiring the marking of imported oats would be inquired into by a Committee before tiie auA of tire year.
