MARRIAGES THAT FAILED
DIVORCE CASES IN AUCKLAND. (By Wire —Special to News.) _ Auckland, Last Night. Sixty-six gases appear on the divorce fist to be dealt with before Mr. Juslice Herdman in the Supreme Court tomorrow. Wives’ petitions predominate, numbering 38, against 28 in which the husbands are the petitioners. In 16 eases desertion is given as the ground (or seeking the dissolution of marriage. In 15 cases mutual separation is cited and in 12 cases failure to comply with decrees for the restitution of conjugal rights is given as the" basis for the action. There are six petitioners for the restitution of conjugal rights.
