SOLDIER SEEKS PENSION
NEW PLYMOUTH PETITION IN HOUSE NO RECOMMENDATION MADE. (By Wire —Special to News.) Wellington, Last Night. The special petition of A. L. McCallum, of New Plymouth, praying that provision l>e made for him to receive a pension or an allowance owing to ill-health occasioned by war service, was reported to the House of Representatives to-night by the Defence Committee without a recommendation.
