Cajtain Masefield,. captain of the New Zealand rifle team, saye that the first few days of heavy, changing aiiragea and heat troubled the team, but when they became used to the heat they adapted themselves to shoot quickly under the changing conditions and they improved considerably. The team were particularly pleased with their efforts in the King’s and Commonwealth matches. The National Rifle Association was untiring in its efforts to entertain the team and gave them a wonderful time. Captain Masefield and most of the team will return to New Zealand by the Marama, bailing on Friday for Wellington.
