VISIT FROM SOUTH AUCKLAND. The Taranaki Bowling Centre has received advice that the South Auckland Centre will pay an official visit to Taranaki in March, arriving at New Ply« mouth on March 7.
TEAM FROM AUSTRALIA.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Jan. 4. The team of Australian bowlers who will be competing in the New Zealand championships at Auckland next week arrived by the Marama this morning. Although there has been a long spell of dry weather in Melbourne, with a full week’s practice the team hopes to adapt itself to the ruling conditions here.
