Mr. Baldwin said that when legislation is introduced next session to the effect that a change be made in the King’s title, the Parliament’s title will also bo changed to the "Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.” When asked if the same title would apply to the King as to Parliament. Mr. Baldwin said that he would not like to answer without notice. The Imperial Conference recommended that the King’s title be changed to “George the Fifth by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, Ireland and the British Dominions beyond the seas, King, Defender of the Faith ami Emperor of India.”
