RESTRICTIONS ON AMATEURS. By " Jegrapli—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 14, 9.20 p.m. London, Dec. 14. The English Lawn Tennis Association has decided to agree to a recommendation prohibiting amateurs from accepting payment for broadcasting, or entrants in tournaments from writing articles and giving interviews to the Press, but the regulations will not be adopted until the International Lawn Tennis Federation has considered the matter.
