MR. (WK IN MOSCOW. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Moscow, Dee. 12. Mr. Cook, who was described as “our dear guest” and “the most interesting and brilliant figure among British Labourites,” received a royal salute fro a the army and the Young Pioneers, which comprise the Soviet Boy Scouts. He was guarded by special detectives and accompanied by a corps of reporters and is being plentifully banquetted. He recently declared that “in return for Russian help we will prevent the Baldwin Government from interfering in Russian affairs.”
