BREACH OF TRANSFER ACT
ADMISSION TO PROBATION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timaru, Nov. 2. In the Supreme Court, before Mr Justice Stringer, William Garrick Morrow was found guilty of a breach of the Chattels Transfer Act, and was admitted to probation for one year. He was also ordered to pay £lO towards the cost of the prosecution.
