CABLE RATES INCREASED

PROTEST FROM MANUFACTURERS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Considerable alarm is felt by the Association of British Manufacturers and Agents over the new telegraph regulations in regard to deferred rate messages.
