PRESIDENT AND DIET DISAGREE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 1, 5.5 p.m. Warsaw, Oct. 31. Marshal Pilsudski’s dispute with the Diet has been settled and the session opens on Wednesday. His action is interpreted not as a challenge to parliamentary government, but an affront to the present parliament, which dislikes him and would gladly dissolve because he has determined on a change in its personnel.
