The following is a range of prices;—Prime fat Hereford cows, £l2; fat heifers, £9 15s; fat cows, £0 12s 6d to £ll 15s; forward cows, £5 15s to £7; two-year p.a. steers, £5 12s 6d; boners, £2 to £4 ss; canners, 30s; cowe with calves. £2 5s to £3 10s; best yearling Jersey heifers, £4 to £4 10s; others, £1 15s to £2 2s 6d; two-year m.t. heifers, £4 17s 6d; pedigree Jersey bulls, 10 to 16 guineas; best grade two-year Jersey bulls, £7 to £9 10s; others, £4 to £6; small hoggets, 14s fid to I7s 3d; fat ewes, 24s fid; short two-tooth ewes, 19s fid; weaner pigs, 15s to 245; medium store pigs, 30s to £1 15s; large stores, 30s to 455. In the dairy pens there was a good yarding of cows and heifers and these sold at good prices. Best heifers on account J. Murray made £8 to £l2; do., account C. J. Ha when, £7 to CIO 10s; do., J.
