HEAD SHEPHERD CONVICTED,By Telegraph. —Press Assoclatiea. Napier, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, Henry Woon was found guilty on five charges of stealing 37 sheep from William Richmond, of Te Mata, in whose employ Woon was head shepherd. Sentence was deferred. Accused was also.found guilty of the theft of wool valued at £l2, but the jury failed to agr.ee on the charge of stealing four cattle, and application was made for a new trial.
