MAN KILLED BY MOTOR.
THE DRIVER ACQUITTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association Timaru, Last Night. William Austin Reilly was charged at the Supreme Court to-day with negligently driving a motor-car on the main north road, Temuka, on the night of March 1, thereby causing the death of Malcolm Bill, his brother-in-law. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
