TRAITOR LIBERATED.
EX-SOLDIERS' INDIGNATION. London, April 22. Ex-soldiers in Brussels, says the correspondent. of the Times, objecting to the liberation of a Flemish traitor, who had been condemned to death, attacked the Belgian Foreign Minister, M. VanderVelde, in the street.
The assailants injured the Minister’s log, removed his hat and forcibly detamed him while his assailants san" the National Anthem. °
