A CYCLIST SUSPENDED.
USES INSULTING REMARKS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. W. Mackie, a prominent racing cyclist, has been suspended for twelve months for using insulting remarks to officials, I y the North Canterbury Centre of the New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union. The centre also viewed with disfavour his refusal to give the use of his motor-cycle for pacing.
