JUBILEE SHOW.

FIXTURE AT NEW PLYMOUTH. It is very gratifying to the committee of the Taranaki Agricultural Society to find that .breeders from all parte of the province, and indeed the North Island, are manifesting keen interest in the society’s jubilee show, to be held on March 3 and 4 at New Plymouth. It will be no surprise to the committee to find on Friday night next, when entries definitely close, that all previous records, as regards number of entries, have been easily eclipsed. The reasons for more than ordinary interest in this particular show may be attributed to three main causes, firstly, the very attractive prize schedule issued by the society: secondly, the. fact that this show will' mark the fiftieth anniversary of the society’s establishment; and, thirdly, the generous hospitality and the careful attention always accorded exhibitors by officials of the society. Intending exhibitors whq may not have received a prize schedule should lose no time in forwarding their application for a copv to the secretary (Mr. W. P. Okey), Box IS, New Plymouth.
