GOLDEN WEDDING.

MR. AND MRS. W. T. MOON. Fifty years ago Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Moon, of Leach •Street, were married at the New Plymouth Primitive Methodist Church by the Rev. John Dumbo 11. A large gathering of children, grandchildren, other relatives and friends celebrated the. golden wedding on Christmas Day. Before her marriage Mrs. Moon was Miss Mary Ann Tunbridge, and with her husband she has spend practically the whole of her life in New Plymouth, where both are very well known, especially in connection with the Coronation boarding-house in Powderham Street. The children of the marriage, most of whom were present at the Christmas Day celebration, wore: William Moon (Parana ran mu). Mrs. F. Moore (Feilding), Mrs. Stephen* (Sydney), Mrs. > Barnes (New Plymouth), Mrs. Buckman (Pio Pio), Mrs. Monte Julian (New Plymouth), and .Mis. C. Crutch (Rawera ). Among the guests wa* the Rev. T. R. Richards, who expressed hearty congrastillations and good wishes to Mr. and Mrs. Moon, who were the recipients of numerous presents and congratulatory messages.
