Received June 21, 5.5 p.m. Honolulu, June 19. ” Among the Australian and New Zealand passengers arriving by the Niagara here to-day were sixteen delegates to the Institute of Pacific Relations, which opens on July 1. Mr. Dupcan Hall, chairman of the Australian delegation, said: “We of Australia are very much hopeful of a full it nd constructive discussion of the preparations for peart?, namely, massing forces for this purpose and outlining the ideals and methods for attaining it, and the best possible enjoyment of it when obtained.” • Members of the central executive committee of the Institute met the delegates.
