MOTOR FATALITY.
CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Dec. 23. Jeffrey William Waymouth, motor salesman, was committed for trial on a charge of manslaughter in connection with the death of George Bailey, aged 19, who wa* knocked down by accused’s car at Devonport on December 13. The coroner found Waymouth guilty of negligence in the manner he had driven the car just prior to the accident.
