UNKNOWN MAN DEAD. POLICE MAKE AN ARREST. DISTURBANCE AT DUNEDIM. 1 By Telegraph.—Press Association. « Dunedin, Last Night. A disturbance..took place in Cumberland Street about 7.15 this evening, when a man is alleged to have knocked another down and kicked him. As a result the assaulted one died in hospital after admission. The deceased’s identity is not known b?ft he is believed to be a visitor from Cromwell, aged about 45 years. Detectives arrested late to-night a man who "if alleged to have committed the assault. \
