ATTRACTIVE MILLINERY DISPLAY.
The mere mention of a new hat is al ways sufficient to attract the instant attention of the average woman, and it is therefore almost superfluous to mention that there has been a constant stream of ladies to view the very attractive display of exclusive models which Mrs. Ruddy, with commendable enterprise, is exhibiting from now on until Christmas in her show rooms, Egmont Street. Mrs. Ruddy, whose name is now so well kqown locally for distinctive millinery at reasonable prices, has been fortunate this season in securing an exclusive range of the very latest and highest-grade models for both ladies and children. To the mere man th e display is bewildering in its multiplicity of colours and designs, but ladies will no doubt on inspection quickly find the hat which exactly suits them. It- may be added that Mrs. Ruddy has made a specialty of smart models for the races.
Ladies are advised to make an early visit as the extremely reasonable prices at which the goods are marked will no doubt affect a speedy clearance.*
