FINES FOR NEGLECT. W Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. • At the Magistrate’s Court to-day, the Mew Brighton Co-operative Money Club was 'lined £2O for failure to furnish an income return. The Ashburton Club and the Mutual School of Arts were fined £5 on similar charges.
