SUPREME COURT.
DIVORCE CASES. The Supreme Court sat at New Hj. mouth yesterday. William Henry Aubrey, railway employee of Stratford, was granted a decree nisi from his wife, Mary Rosin*. Aubrey, the grounds of the petition being mutual separation for three years. The petitioner said he married the respondent at St. Mary’s, New Plymouth, on September 6, 1906, the parties subsequently living at New Plymouth, Haweraf Marton, Wanganui and Palmerston North. On June 23, 1’921, they entered into a deed of separation as a result of a disagreement arising out of the wife’s familiarity with a boanler, with whom, the petitioner alleged, she was now living in Sydney. The decrea nisi is to be made absolute after three month®.
The decree nisi granted Frederick Clinton Williams, against his wife, Gertrude Williams, was made absolute.
